Toast, Grilled Beef on skewers, Chicken Finger and Fried Wontons. Served with Nuoc Mam and peanut sauce. 10. BEEF IN GRAPE LEAVES - Bo Nuong La Nho: The most popular appetizer dish. Tender beef marinated, wrapped in grape leaves then charbroiled to perfection.

ROLLED BEEF TENDERLOIN - Bo Dun: Sliced marinated beef tenderloin rolled with peanuts, lemon grass and spices around scallion, then charcoal
grilled and served with Nuoc Mam.
12. FRIED IMPERIAL ROLLS - Cha Gio (2 rolls): Thin rice paper wrapped around a mixture of ground pork, crabmeat, shrimp,mushrooms, cellophane noodles,
carrot and onions. Deep fried to perfectly crispy golden brown and served with garden-fresh lettuce, herbs and Nuoc Mam.
13. NON-FRIED FRESH SPRING ROLLS - Goi Cuon (2 rolls): A non-fried fully cooked counterpart of our famous imperial rolls. Softened rice paper wrapped around shrimp,
pork, vermicelli noodles and green leaf and served with peanut sauce.
